Jacqueline Ann Gros

Jacqueline Ann Gros, 70, passed away peacefully in her home on July 17, 2026, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She faced her journey with remarkable strength, grace, and resilience built on her faith. She was surrounded always by the love of her family and friends.

Jacqueline’s life is celebrated for the love she gave so freely and the joy she found in her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest happiness came from time spent with those she loved. She is survived by her daughters, Dawn Flumerfelt and Laurie Soignier; her sons-in-law's, Joe Flumerfelt and Andrew Soignier; and her beloved grandchildren, Emma Soignier and Skyler Flumerfelt, who were the light of her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Billie Jo Gros; her sisters, Debra Gros, Sandra Gros Vernor, her brothers, Michael Gros and Larry Mark Gros, Steve Lawrence Gros.

Jacqueline had a deep appreciation for literature, gemstones, art, and music. She found beauty in the world around her and shared that appreciation with those closest to her. Her kindness, quiet strength, and loving spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

As we celebrate Jacqueline’s life, we honor the love she gave, the memories she created, and the lasting impact she leaves behind. The grief we feel is a reflection of the deep love we hold for her, and the beauty of the life she lived among us.
